It's the default KDE browser i.e. Konqueror. With it, you can automatically create a image gallery. This is basically what I did.

I hide the menu bar, press F9 to hide the navigation tab and then it exists, i don't remerber in which menu, a way to create a portfolio of your folder. Hope you'll find
